ST. LOUIS – A tree fell on a Baden home in north St. Louis, narrowing missing two people inside. The homeowner says it is the fault of the city Water Division.
Carlos Brown, who lives in the home, said he first noticed the problem in late January, when a water main break surfaced beneath several inches of snow during freezing temperatures.
“Seeing that, it’s just devastating,” Brown said. “It’s devastating anybody has to go through this.”…
