Abandoned bus terminal fire leaves 1 dead

ST. LOUIS – One person has died after an abandoned bus terminal caught fire in north St. Louis Tuesday evening.

According to the St. Louis Fire Department, the incident was reported around 7 p.m., in which crews responded to the 1400 block of N. 13th after fire was visible in the area. Officials say two handlines were deployed. Firefighters say one person, a civilian, has died as a result of the blaze.

Officials also say the vacant terminal was once operated by Greyhound Bus. Fire investigators, as well as the St. Louis Regional Bomb & Arson Unit, are investigating what caused the fire…
