ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A new board bill would eliminate St. Louis City’s current administrative hearing officer and replace it with a seven-member nuisance property review board.
Alderman Rasheen Aldridge will introduce the legislation on Friday that would change how St. Louis handles nuisance property cases, First Alert 4 Investigates has learned exclusively. The proposal comes after First Alert 4 Investigates uncovered ongoing issues with alleged nuisance properties and open-air drug markets in downtown St. Louis.
