ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – After years of outcry from residents, St. Louis Public Schools took the next step this week toward demolishing six of its old school buildings.
That includes Scullin School off Kingshighway in north St. Louis, which has been sitting vacant since 2003 and has become an eyesore for residents.
