ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A death investigation is underway Saturday after a 29-year-old man died two days after being transported to an area hospital by police.
According to St. Louis Metropolitan Police, Mark Smith, 29, was transported to an area hospital by officers on Thursday after a disturbance on the 430 block of S. 15th Street at the bus station near Enterprise Center.
Police state officers made contact with Smith shortly after 2:06 p.m. he had already been detained by security. They state Smith was combative and acting erratically and in a delusional state…
