ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Daniel Williams knows firsthand the financial burden that follows gun violence. In 2004, Williams was driving with two friends in Pagedale when people shot at his car at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Page. One of his friends died in the shooting.
“It was just a random act of violence and we never recovered from it,” Williams said.
