ST. LOUIS — Consumers have filed more than $57 million in claims for undelivered merchandise against Value City Furniture.
American Signature Inc., the Columbus, Ohio-founded business that operates retail stores under both the Value City and American Signature names, is winding down its business as part of ongoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
