ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A condemned building in the Marine Villa neighborhood is being demolished after part of it collapsed onto a neighbor’s home in December, damaging the roof and caving into a teenage son’s bedroom.
In December, First Alert 4 spoke with Karen Mitchell, who lives next door to the demolished property, after her home was damaged. She said she has been watching the demolition process since it started last week.
