ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The City of St. Louis is expanding emergency shelter capacity as temperatures drop below 25 degrees, opening an additional 450 beds Sunday on top of the standard 400.
Walk-up shelters are open across the city — north, central and south — including Peter and Paul Community Services.
