EDWARDVILLE — Two people were charged Feb. 24 with practicing medicine without a license for performing dental work, including surgery, for members of the Hispanic community.
Idania J. Morena-Paal, 41, of the 2500 block of Iowa Street in Granite City, and Rudolfo J. Figuera, 59, of Rolling Meadows, Illinois, were each charged Feb. 24 with practicing medicine without a license, both Class 4 felonies.
