North City Road Rage Erupts in Gunfire, St. Louis Man Held Without Bond

What started as a north St. Louis traffic dustup has turned into a serious felony case. Prosecutors say Jordan J. Johnson opened fire on another driver in a road rage incident near West Florissant Avenue and Union Boulevard in the Mark Twain neighborhood on Feb. 3, leaving bullet holes in the victim’s car and putting a small child in danger, according to a probable cause statement and police reports.

Investigators say the victim told officers he was cut off by an unknown car and that when he tried to pass, the other driver allegedly responded with gunfire.
