Pet Clinic in South City fully operational again three months after car slams into building

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – It’s been three months since a car came flying down Jefferson Avenue, smashing into the front of the Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic.

In December, in the early morning, surveillance video of a car flying through the clinic’s parking lot and slamming into the building was released.

Wendy Heckman, executive director of the clinic, said when she found out, she was in disbelief. However, immediately following the accident, there was never a question whether or not they were going to continue to operate, even though all three of their transport vehicles were damaged, with two of them being totaled…
