Six Flags enters agreement to sell St. Louis park to EPR Properties

ST. LOUIS – It was announced Thursday morning that Six Flags Entertainment Corporation has entered a definitive agreement to sell seven of its parks, including Six Flags St. Louis in Eureka.

The company said the decision to sell the parks to EPR Properties comes at a time of an “ongoing strategy to optimize and strengthen our park portfolio.”

Six Flags St. Louis is among the seven parks intended to be sold. Other parks listed are:

  • Worlds of Fun: Kansas City, MO
  • Michigan’s Adventure: Grand Rapids, MI
  • Valleyfair: Minneapolis, MN
  • Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston: Galveston, TX
  • Six Flags La Ronde: Montreal, QC
  • Six Flags Great Escape: Queensbury, NY
