ST. LOUIS — Passengers riding the MetroLink Friday evening say an incident on board left them shaken, though many said they were not entirely surprised something like it happened.
The region’s light rail system is a daily lifeline for many people who rely on it to travel across St. Louis for work, school and other needs. But riders say safety concerns remain on their minds after a train window shattered as the train approached the Central West End MetroLink Station.
