ST. LOUIS – A police detective has testified for days in the federal case against two former Northwoods, Missouri officers charged in a kidnapping/assault case.
It involves a police call for shoplifting that started at a Northwoods Walgreens July 4th, 2023. It ended in a Kinloch, MO field – a completely different jurisdiction. A citizen found the shoplifting suspect left there, bloody.
