ST. LOUIS — The man who died by suicide as law enforcement converged on his St. Louis hotel room last week had been wanted in the killing of Latoya Smith, whose burned body was found along the Riverfront Trail in January.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department identified the suspect Friday as Keenan Bridges, 46, of Bellefontaine Neighbors. He was Smith’s boyfriend, according to court documents.
His uncle, who surrendered at the scene, is Carl Ray Jr. 62, who was charged with abandonment of a corpse and hindering felony prosecution…
