In early 2026, Saint Louis University launched a new tuition assistance program that covers full undergraduate tuition costs for eligible students.
Dubbed the SLU Tuition Promise, the program helps ensure that students from all walks of life can attend the university regardless of their families’ income.
“Families are making decisions earlier, and cost can stop some from even considering private universities,” Jean Marie Cox, interim vice president for enrollment management at SLU, says. “The Tuition Promise removes that barrier, so tuition doesn’t stand in the way of considering SLU.”…
