St. Louis cracks down on reckless driving with new campaign

ST. LOUIS – A resounding problem on St. Louis roads is now getting a coordinated response from law enforcement and community leaders across the region.

More than 65 police chiefs and law enforcement leaders gathered Tuesday at the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis for a regional briefing focused on curbing reckless driving. Officials say street takeovers, speeding, and dangerous driving behaviors continue to put lives at risk across the city and surrounding areas.
