teenager charged in Carr Square killing after shooting at passing car

ST. LOUIS – Authorities have charged a St. Louis teenager in connection with a fatal shooting in Carr Square, where he allegedly fired at a passing vehicle, killing the driver.

The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2025, in the 1600 block of Biddle Street.
