After incidents of shots fired and large gatherings of teens blocking roads last weekend in parts of St. Louis, the city police department’s leaders called for a juvenile curfew this weekend.
A police department spokesperson says during Friday night’s curfew enforcement, 23 juveniles were detained – one as young as 11 years of age.
