‘They’re in awful shape’: Some south St. Louis roads haven’t been paved in 20 years

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – There are streets in south St. Louis City that haven’t been repaved in more than 20 years, according to the alderman.

Alderman Matt Devoti told First Alert 4 that Macklind Avenue, south of Chippewa, and Southwest Avenue, between Kingshighway and Sublette, are two streets in his ward that have not been repaved in decades.
