ST. LOUIS – Two people were killed and at least three others were injured after gunfire between “multiple people” Saturday afternoon outside a business in north St. Louis, police say.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reports the shooting happened around 3:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of Cass Avenue, located in St. Louis’ Carr Square neighborhood.
