CLAYTON, Mo. – Two St. Louis County men are charged in an armed carjacking and police pursuit earlier this month.
According to probable cause statements from the St. Louis County Police Department, the carjacking happened around 11:40 p.m. on Thursday, March 19. A more specific location was not provided.
