GRANITE CITY, Ill. (First Alert 4) – A 19-year-old was sentenced to 21 years for the 2025 theft of a designer bag in Granite City.
Jalon O. Mathis, 19, pleaded guilty Friday in Circuit Court to a charge of armed robbery. Court documents say Mathis admitted to an armed robbery of a designer cross-body bag on June 23, 2025.
