19-year-old faces murder charges in deadly Florissant carjacking attempt

FLORISSANT, Mo. — A 19-year-old armed man who was attempting to steal a car in Florissant has been charged in the death of a 36-year-old man, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said.
