Stunt driver charged after 314 Day street takeover

ST. LOUIS — Amidst the holiday mayhem on 314 Day, cars were racing in St. Louis, which led to an investigation to determine the drivers behind it all, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.

Detectives said that 28-year-old Jerome Marshall, a St. Louis County resident, is a suspect in the street takeover that occurred in the middle of West Florissant Avenue and Harris Avenue.
