Construction at the Cahokia Mounds World Heritage Site is mostly complete, and water issues are under control. Crews are cleaning and setting up exhibits for a planned reopening this summer. Until then, the Lobby is open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Upcoming April events include:
- April 18–19: IAAA Meeting in the Auditorium
- April 24–26: Spring Market in the Gallery and Lobby
Visitors can attend the Market, though no artifacts are currently on display and some exhibits remain in storage.
