A 40-year-old Edwardsville man has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for home invasion and aggravated battery in what has been described as a “brutal attack” in late 2021. 40-year-old Timothy Rodgers was sentenced on charges of home invasion and aggravated battery of a person above age sixty after being convicted last October.
