ST. LOUIS — A man was charged with murder and multiple other crimes in connection with the fatal shooting of a female passenger after a crash in St. Louis Tuesday.
Jamal Jones, 32, was charged Wednesday in connection with a shooting that charging documents said was related to a crash in the city’s Kingsway West neighborhood.
