Downtown Clayton just got a little more Hoffmann, with Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate picking up another retail storefront on Central Avenue and tightening the family’s hold on the heart of the city’s business district.
According to The Missourian, the company announced it acquired the retail property at 1 N. Central Ave in downtown Clayton. In a company statement quoted by the outlet, Greg Hoffmann said the deal “aligns with HCRE’s investment strategy and presented a compelling opportunity.” The Missourian also identified Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate as the real estate arm of the Hoffmann Family of Companies.
