OVERLAND, Mo. — The St. Louis County Police Department released body camera footage of a standoff in which a man was shot and killed by police.
On Friday, the police department published a Critical Incident Briefing video of the Feb. 20 incident on its public YouTube page. The video includes dash and body camera footage from multiple vantage points. In the video, Captain Tony Cavaletti said an officer fired the shots that killed 71-year-old Robert Lewis, and no other shots were fired.
