ST. LOUIS — A South Kingshighway Boulevard property has been listed for sale, months after a developer scrapped a planned project for the site.
The 0.95 acres at 1070-1092 S. Kingshghway Blvd. has an asking price of $2.8 million. The property is owned by Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development, which in 2023 purchased it from St. Louis developer Lux Living for $1.63 million.
