An open house last week on the proposed project in Webster Groves to resurface South Elm Avenue from Glendale Road to Watson Road drew a packed house of interested residents.
The plan includes a new shared-use path for cyclists and pedestrians to improve connectivity and enhanced safety for this heavily traveled north-south corridor in south Webster Groves, according to the city.
