ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A downtown St. Louis vape shop was ordered to close after a hearing Thursday, but the shop remained open as of Friday afternoon.
The city revoked the shop’s occupancy permit for EZ Vape and Smoke on North 10th Street on Thursday. The city considers the business a nuisance, and police said they found illegal THC products being sold inside.
