A St. Louis murder case is back in the national spotlight after Oxygen’s “A Plan to Kill” latest episode featured the 2016 killing of teacher Jocelyn Peters.
Peters, a 30-year-old third-grade teacher who was seven months pregnant, was killed while sleeping in her St. Louis apartment.
