ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A pasta manufacturer in the Carondelet neighborhood has announced a major expansion to add capacity and flexibility to its operations.
Winland Foods, which is headquartered in Oak Brook, Ill., manufactures a variety of pasta products, including egg pasta, manicotti, elbow macaroni and penne. The company owns 17 manufacturing plants around the US.
Winland Foods said it would invest $38 at the plant, adding a production line, expanding rail access and creating 25 additional jobs…
