Denim desperado stole $3,000 worth of jeans from Fenton mall

CLAYTON, Mo. – A Fenton area man is in custody for stealing more than two dozen pair of jeans from a store at a local shopping mall.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department’s probable cause statement, the theft happened on Feb. 24 at the Buckle store in Gravois Bluffs Plaza.

Police said Austin B. Pyatt and another man entered the store, took 29 pair of jeans, and left the store without paying.
