ST. LOUIS — A crash on Interstate 44 in Downtown St. Louis caused a miles-long traffic backup right before rush hour on Thursday.
The Missouri Department of Transportation said the crash happened near the Convention Plaza exit and the Dome at America’s Center at around 3:23 p.m.
