ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit is asking for help locating a man who has been missing since Thursday.
Police said 20-year-old Antonio Arellano-Banda was last in contact with his friends that day. Several of his personal belongings were later found on the Eads Bridge.
Arellano-Banda was described as being 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored jacket, light-colored pants and glasses…
