For the past 12 months, Natalie Hughes, a contractor known as the “Brick Lady,” has been on a mission to rebuild her neighborhood, brick by brick. Hughes and her team are among the few skilled contractors willing to take on these jobs, and they have been working nonstop since the storm touched down.
