ST. LOUIS – A Jersey County, Illinois, man is behind bars in St. Louis City for a drive-by shooting that injured a pregnant woman and a man.
According to a probable cause statement from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened on Sunday, May 17, at the intersection of South Jefferson Avenue and Russell Boulevard.
