COOK—A 35-year-old woman from Cook is breaking stereotypes and making history in the world of pageantry.
Rachel Betterley, a wife, mother and art teacher at North Woods School, was crowned Miss Minnesota USA 2026 at a pageant held on May 30 in Des Moines, Iowa.
