The body of an individual who went under the water and didn’t resurface has been recovered from Lake Ann in Chanhassen.
According to the Carver County Sheriff’s Office, the yet-to-be-identified male was reported missing in the water around 7:20 p.m. The City of Chanhassen then announced late Saturday night that the victim’s body was recovered by the Carver County Dive Team just before 10 p.m.
“This is a difficult and heartbreaking moment for our community,” the city said in a press release. “We are grateful to the Carver County Sheriff’s Office, Carver County Dive Team, the Chanhassen Fire Department and all public safety partners who responded tonight.”…
