(Golden Valley MN-) KSTP TV says a Cokato man man is in custody after he allegedly tried to kidnap his ex from a Golden Valley hospital’s parking lot on Monday.
63-year-old Todd Alan Smith is facing one count of kidnapping after he allegedly pepper sprayed his ex’s daughter and tried to drag his ex into a vehicle.
