Flashing high beams leads to Minnesota man’s arrest

SIBLEY—A 24-year-old Chanhassen, MN, man was arrested on several charges following a traffic stop about 12:05 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14, near Sibley.

The arrest of Blake Henry Garrison stemmed from a report regarding a northbound erratic driver who had been flashing his vehicle’s high beams and tailgating on the Highway 60 expressway since near Alton, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

A deputy met the 2024 Toyota Tundra, which failed to dim its high beams, about two miles south of Sibley and turned around to make a traffic stop for the violation…
