Fire crews are at Apple Valley Community Center on Friday afternoon after an apparent fire response.
Chopper 5 showed several fire engines and firefighters at the building in the 4 o’clock hour, with hoses outstretched and water flowing toward the top of one of the buildings.
A portion of the roof also appeared charred.
The community center sits right next to Apple Valley Senior Center and across a lot from Hayes Arena ice rink. It’s roughly one-third of a mile south of Apple Valley High School…
