Carl Icahn controlled CVR Energy, Inc., owner of refineries in Wynnewood, Oklahoma and Coffeyville, Kansas is adding to its family of refineries in a $4.2 billion deal to acquire Marathon Petroleum Corp. refineries in North Dakota and Minnesota.
