Two men were killed when their SUV struck a tree as they fled police at speeds of over 100 mph in St. Paul.
The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened at Payne Avenue and Nebraska Avenue East early Saturday morning, which follows a mile-long pursuit through the city.
