ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) – A few thousand people gathered at the Minnesota Capitol Monday afternoon to mark the anniversary of Roe v. Wade with an anti-abortion march. The biggest change in the eyes of the marchers was the number of abortions in this state in 2022 – up almost 20% to 12,175.
