MINNEAPOLIS (WJON News) – A Savage man has been sentenced to 6 1/2 years in prison for illegal possession of a machine gun and attempted possession of hand grenades. According to court documents, in September of 2022, the FBI received tips from concerned citizens reporting disturbing behavior of a man at a firearm range, later identified as 21-year-old River Smith.
